We read everything sent through this form. The most useful messages: a factual error in a guide (we fix these fast and credit the catch if you'd like), a firm listed here that behaved badly after a referral (this directly affects whether they stay listed), pricing you were quoted that's far outside our published ranges (it keeps the cost guides honest), and questions the site should answer but doesn't.
What we can't do
We're not engineers or builders, so we can't diagnose your house by email — that's what the quote service and an independent engineer's report are for. We also can't mediate contract disputes with firms, though we do want to know about them.
